Lumiere 18 is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customer will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred. 

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at or WhatsApp +61450826336 within one (1) hour of your order placement.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Lumiere 18 is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.



Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

We process all orders within 2-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Lumiere 18 reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.

All expected shipping delays will be announce on our website or social medias.



  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We do normally mark our shipments at a very low value to avoid taxes and duties, but in rare occasions shipments may still get charged.
  • We ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.
  • In the event that you refuse the shipment or disregard the custom duties/ taxes, the shipment will be disposed by local custom and your order will not be refundable.
