Return Policy

If for any reason that you would like to return your order, we will gladly accept it for one (1) time, subject to the eligibility and requirements below. This means that any order which has been returned cannot be processed for the second return. You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to apply for a return request and arrange a shipment for the return. Unfortunately, if seven (7) days have gone by since your delivery date, we can’t accept your return.



  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of stain and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Bodysuits & Playsuits, Corsets & Bustiers, Bra Sets, and Stockings are not eligible for return for hygiene purposes.
  • Sale items and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchange is NOT AVAILABLE for any purchase from Lumiere 18 official website, only returns and refund with the below two refund options:

AStore Credit (Gift Card): You can choose to receive a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Lumiere 18 official website. Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping fees paid.

    B. Cash Refund with Restocking Fee: If you prefer a cash refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping fees paid.



      Step 1: Initiate the return

      To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at within (7) seven days of receiving your order with the below information:

      5. Items that you would like to return.

      We will reply to your return request within 48 hours. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

      Step 2: Repack and Return

      Please repack your items in the original packaging securely and return your parcel to the address provided in the instructions at your own cost.

      Lumiere 18 will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.

      Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Lumiere 18. 

      Step 3: Receipt and Inspection

      Once your returned parcel has arrived at our return centre, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of returns and the approval or rejection of your return request within (5) working days. Lumiere 18 reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, wash, damage or any conditions that do not comply with the return policy.

      Step 4: Process of Refunds/ Rejections

      After we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, we will process your approved refund based on your chosen refund option. Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all refunds are exclusive or any shipping fees paid. Store Credit (Gift Card) will be issued via email.

      If your returned items do not comply with our return policy, you will not be eligible for refunds.



      If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email to as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. For every order cancellation, a processing fee of 5% of total order amount will be charged and deducted in the refund amount to your original payment method.

      However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We reserve the right to reject your cancellation request if the order has already been shipped or processed. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and our standard return policy will apply.

      By placing an order with us, you agree to this cancellation policy.



      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have (7) seven days from the delivery date to contact us on this. Unfortunately, if seven (7) days have gone by since your delivery date, we can’t accept your request.
